On Thursday, Starbucks announced the official return of its Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. The famous pumpkin spice spot was one of the last holdouts for 2023 pumpkin spice news, with 7-Eleven again leading the pack with an August 1 launch. So, what’s on the menu for the 2023 pumpkin spice season? Here’s a list of what your favorite coffee stops are serving up in 2023.
Starbucks
The return of Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) marks the unofficial start of fall for many. Since its introduction in 2003 and over the last 20 years, the iconic beverage has influenced the coffee industry, pop culture, and everything in between. Starting today, the Starbucks fall menu returns and features two new seasonal drinks, Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte and the new Baked Apple Croissant. Returning customer favorites include Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, and Owl Cake Pop. The fall food and beverages are available for a limited time, while supplies last.
This year’s pumpkin lineup at Starbucks includes:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte: The handcrafted beverage combines Starbucks Signature Espresso and steamed milk with the celebrated flavor combination of real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices, the PSL is available hot, iced, or blended.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte: New for 2023, this beverage was inspired by a popular customer and barista customization. This creamy chai tea latte pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: Crafted with Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
Returning seasonal bakery items include the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and the Owl Cake Pop, as well as the popular Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf, which is available year-round.
For the first time, Starbucks Reserve locations in the U.S. will introduce the Starbucks Reserve Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a full fall menu, including the new Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Iced Latte and Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini. New artisanal Princi bakery items include a Pumpkin Maritozzo and Pumpkin Spice Cake.
The flavors of fall are also available in the grocery aisle, including the returning Starbucks Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte, Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink, and more.
7-Eleven
7-Eleven rolled out its seasonal favorites at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores nationwide on August 1. Through Halloween, these destinations will be serving up the following fall flavors:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte: Enjoy the OG and sip on seasonal spices atop a creamy pumpkin-flavored latte all autumn long.
- Pumpkin Coffee: Upgrade your traditional black coffee with a little bit of pumpkin. Pro tip: Try the Pumpkin Somethin’ recipe hack by adding two pumpkin spice and two sweet and creamy creamers to any hot or iced coffee.
- Pumpkin Syrup: Double up on pumpkin by mixing in pumpkin-flavored syrup to your cup of joe.
Plenty of fall snacks are joining all your pumpkin sips, including the limited-time Apple Cider Donut and an old-fashioned ring cake donut that is glazed and coated with apple cider sauce. Keep an eye out for more fun fall surprises – including the iconic pumpkin muffin.
Dunkin’
Dunkin’s pumpkin lineup returned on August 16 with the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, Nutty Pumpkin Coffee, and Pumpkin bakery lineup. Along with the restaurant’s menu launch, Goldfish Dunkin’ Pumpkin Spice Grahams will return to grocery stores this September.
- Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte: Available iced or hot, this latte features notes of sweet pumpkin, vanilla, and fall spices. It’s blended with rich espresso and milk, then crowned with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
- Nutty Pumpkin Coffee: This unique drink combines Dunkin’s Original Blend Iced or Hot Coffee with sweet pumpkin, cream, and a touch of hazelnut.
- Pumpkin Swirl: Dunkin’s most sought-after flavor. As the secret ingredient underpinning the brand’s fall beverage lineup, guests can customize their favorite drinks by adding the swirl to hot or iced coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew, or frozen coffee.
- Dunkin’s Pumpkin K-Cup Pods: This seasonal favorite promises a taste of fall with every brew, featuring a blend of pumpkin, nutmeg, and cinnamon flavors. The K-Cup® pods are available for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ locations.
Pivotal to the return of pumpkin at Dunkin’ is the brand’s Pumpkin Bakery lineup, spotlighting three fan favorites that are now available in the bakery case. Customers can enjoy the Pumpkin Cake Donut and MUNCHKINS Donut Hole Treats, both glazed to perfection, and the Pumpkin Muffin, overflowing with notes of pumpkin and sweet spices, topped with streusel and a drizzle of white icing.
Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons debuted its fall menu on August 23 with new fall beverage flavors as well as a seasonal muffin and donut. Guests can indulge in the limited-time flavors of pumpkin spice, maple cinnamon sugar, spiced apple cranberry, and fall peach.

- Pumpkin Spice Muffin: a pumpkin spice flavored muffin filled with a rich, creamy filling.
Caribou Coffee
Launching alongside Starbucks’ pumpkin spice menu, today marks the return of Caribou Coffee’s pumpkin season. Guests can pick their perfect pumpkin drink with an extensive menu of 15 different handcrafted beverages to choose from. From the newest addition to its Espresso Shaker line up, the new Pumpkin Espresso Shaker to the Pumpkin Iced Crafted Press, to the guest-favorite Pumpkin White Mocha.
