“MaXXXine,” the final chapter in Ti Wests’s “X” trilogy, arrives in theaters in one month. On Wednesday, A24 dropped an all-new trailer for the film.
The latest trailer for the film kicks off with a horror trailer within a horror trailer as Mia Goth’s Maxine Minx finds herself on the Hollywood set of a horror film called “The Puritan II.” While much of the first “MaXXXine” trailer took a broader look at the events of the film, and the real-life Night Stalker murders that serve as a backdrop to the film, the latest trailer has all eyes on Maxine and the horrors of the past and present that haunt her in the final film.
“MaXXXine” stars Mia Goth, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, and Kevin Bacon. It will be released in theaters on July 5.
