‘Alien: Romulus’ Gets the Funko Pop! Treatment

“Alien: Romulus” doesn’t arrive in theaters until next month, but the next chapter in the “Alien” franchise is already getting a series of Funko Pop! figures inspired by the film. This week, pre-orders arrived for four “Alien: Romulus” Pop! figures, including two Super-sized Xenomorphs.

This all-new Funko Pop! figure of Rain, portrayed by Cailee Spaeny in the film, features the young colonizer holding a gun.

Alien: Romulus Andy Funko Pop! – $11.99

This “Alien: Romulus” Pop! figure is inspired by the character Andy, played by David Jonsson in the upcoming film.

Alien: Romulus Xenomorph Super Funko Pop! – $19.99

The first of two new Xenomorph Pop! figures, this Xenomorph stands six inches tall and is posed in an attack stance.

Alien: Romulus Scorched Xenomorph Super Funko Pop! – $19.99

The final figure in the new series of Funko Pop! figures is called a “Scorched” Xenomorph. What that means is up for interpretation. Is this a battle-damaged Xenomorph, or a different breed altogether? We’ll have to wait and see when the film arrives next month.

All four “Alien: Romulus” Funko Pop! figures are available for pre-order now and are estimated to ship in September.

“Alien: Romulus” will be released in theaters on August 16, 2024, and is written and directed by Fede Alvarez.

While scavenging the deep ends of a derelict space station, a group of young space colonizers face the most terrifying life form in the universe. The film stars Cailee Spaeny (“Civil War”), David Jonsson (“Agatha Christie’s Murder is Easy”), Archie Renaux (“Shadow and Bone”), Isabela Merced (“The Last of Us”), Spike Fearn (“Aftersun”), and Aileen Wu.
