Deadline is reporting that AMC is making some scheduling changes around the shows “NOS4A2” and “Creepshow.”
Though the network had recently announced the season 2 premiere of “NOS4A2” was set for June 1, the 10-episode second season will not debut on Sunday, June 21 at 9 PM ET/8c.
Additionally, Season 1 of the Shudder horror anthology series “Creepshow,” is getting an extended six-week run. AMC had previously announced that “Creepshow” would air two back-to-back episodes on the network on Monday nights leading up to the show’s season two premiere on Shudder. Now, the network has decided to air just one episode a night and extend the show’s run through June 8. Season one of “Creepshow” will premiere on AMC at 10 PM on Monday, May 4.
The scheduling changes come as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, which has halted television production, forcing networks to adjust season premiere dates, finales, and other scheduling plans to accommodate the lack of new content.
