Bloober Team launched “Blair Witch” on the Nintendo Switch back in June. To commemorate the launch, the game studio released a launch trailer specifically for the console and in it, they hid a code that can score you a piece of “Blair Witch” swag in “Animal Crossing: New Horizons.”
But after two months and over 60,000 views, it appears that the code had gone unnoticed. With no mention of the code online, the games marketing team decided to spill the beans to Nintendo Life in hopes of generating some interest.
In the spirit of the original plan, Nintendo Life did not reveal exactly where you’ll find the code in the trailer, hoping that just the mention of its existence would be enough to get people to seek it out for themselves. But I can confirm, the code does exist. It appears for only a brief second and it definitely takes some effort and some solid YouTube pausing skills to capture it.
