Creep It Real Festive, the holiday take on the annual Creep It Real OC event, is helping Halloween and horror fans get into the holiday spirit with a unique Black Friday weekend event at the historic Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana, CA. Ahead of the event, Creep It Real Festive has announced new celebrity appearances and a haunt experience on top of its already-packed 2022 lineup.
With everyone talking about Rob Zombie’s “The Munsters” and Netflix’s “Wednesday” in recent months, Creep It Real Festive has a rather timely lineup of guests that have been added to the event’s roster.
Fans of “The Munsters” are in for a treat as actors from the original television sitcom, and the recent film will be on hand during Creep It Real Festive. Butch Patrick, the original Eddie Munster from the 1960s series, will be on hand to meet guests, as will Jeff Daniel Phillips, who played Herman Munster in the recent Rob Zombie adaptation.
For Wednesday Addams fans, Creep It Real Festive has added Lisa Loring to the lineup. Loring played the first on-screen Wednesday Addams in the 1960s “The Addams Family” television series. All three celebrities will be doing meet-and-greets, photos, and autographs at the event.
For those already missing the haunt experiences from the Halloween season, Creep It Real Festive has teamed with Phelan California’s Fear Farm to turn the property’s historic Magg Farmhouse into a creepy holiday haunt walkthrough experience.
These additions are on top of the already announced lineup of holiday-themed Halloween fun that includes a capella group, The SCAREolers, local singer/songwriter Kitty Antix, resident spooky-music DJ: The Vinyl Ghoul. A special dark slider show from the Queen Mary Sliders. Of course, plenty of festive freaks will also be lurking throughout the event. Keep an eye out for Mr. Floats, Trix the Trixster, Santa Myers, Belfy the Elf, and the man who knows you’ve been naughty all year, Creep Cringle. Come dressed in your spooky holiday best for pictures with characters and locations from Art’s Sideshow, OC local Stanley Haus, Victoria Venin, The Mind of Mr. J, and more.
Of course, what’s Black Friday weekend without a bit of shopping? In addition to celebrity appearances, a haunt, and photo ops, Creep It Real Festive will have over 80 spooky holiday vendors, food, and drink.
