In celebration of Disney+ Day, the second anniversary of the streaming platform, Disney+ not only premiered more than 25 new pieces of content, but also debuted dozens of first looks, new trailers, and exclusive clips that showcase the incredible breadth of content coming to the service in the years ahead. Among those first looks released was an image from the highly anticipated sequel to the film “Hocus Pocus.”
The first look image, which can be seen below, shows Kathy Najimy, Bette Midler, and Sarah Jessica Parker back in their roles as Salem’s most infamous witches, the Sanderson sisters.
In “Hocus Pocus 2,” three young women accidentally bring the Sanderson Sisters back to modern day Salem and must figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking a new kind of havoc on the world. “Hocus Pocus 2,” the sequel to Disney’s Halloween cult classic, will premiere in Fall 2022 exclusively on Disney+.
