On Tuesday, I shared that Funko had unveiled a new line of collectible, interactive greeting displays called Popsies. Among the figures revealed on Funko’s social media were characters from franchises like “IT,” “Alien,” and “Ghostbusters,” but in a press release officially announcing the new line of figures, we’ve also learned that a handful of characters from the “Five Nights At Freddy’s” video game franchise will also be available.
Popsies are a new kind of figure from Funko that feature iconic characters atop gift boxes that display a celebratory message and spread their arms when a button is pushed on the front of the box.
Popular “Five Nights At Freddy’s” characters Freddy Fazbear and Foxy will be among the Walmart Exclusive figures released later this month. Freddy will be available in his traditional color scheme as well as Gold. The classic Freddy will display a message that says, “You’re one of us!” and the golden Freddy will say, “Have a killer day!” Foxy will be released in his traditional color scheme and display the message, “I’ve got my eye on you!”
The new Popsies figures will retail for $6.98, and there are plans for additional seasonal Popsies to be released throughout 2022, beginning with Valentine’s Day in February. Check out the new “Five Nights At Freddy’s” Popsies below!
