UPDATE: The Franken Snoopy figure is now available for pre-order through Entertainment Earth and is expected to ship in June.
On Thursday, Super7 unveiled wave five of its “Peanuts” ReAction figures, inspired by the classic “Peanuts” comic strip from Charles Shulz. The upcoming fifth series of ReAction figures is dedicated exclusively to the beloved beagle Snoopy and among the figures is the famous canine as Frankenstein’s Monster.
One of six new Snoopy figures, which will debut this spring, Franken Snoopy is inspired by the title cell of the 1964 comic strip where Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Linus stay up to watch Frankenstein movies on TV and scare themselves to the point that each of them has to go to bed with a night-light. While originally not colorized, the Super7 release will feature Snoopy with a green skin tone and wearing a black coat, orange shirt, and grey slacks.
