If you’re a fan of the Disney Channel Halloween classic, Halloweentown, and you’re looking for a new place to call home, you might be excited to know that the house used as the home of Splendora Agatha Cromwell in the film Halloweentown is up for sale.
While St. Helens Oregon is famously known as the Halloweentown, the historic farmhouse used as the fictional home of Grandma Agatha Cromwell, played by actress Debbie Reynolds, was actually located 35 miles away in the Southwest Portland neighborhood of Eastmoreland. The Victorian-era home was built in 1892 and was one of the first built in the area. The home sits on a half-acre hidden away off a private road and surrounded by beautiful, lush, mature trees, but if you want it, it’s going to cost you a whopping $1,365,000.
The home’s exterior, kitchen, and entryway were all featured in the film and while there was obviously some serious Disney decorating done to make the Cromwell estate look a bit more witchy, you can definitely identify the rooms as you watch the film and look at the real estate photos from Hatch Homes Group – Keller Williams Realty Professionals.
Check out these side-by-side shots of the home from the real estate listing with shots from the film to see exactly how the rooms were used.
Located at 3814 SE Martins St, the entire home has 4,956 square feet of living space, is three stories tall, features three covered porches, and much, much more. You can see more images of the home and get all the details about the home including how to buy it from the Hatch Homes Group.
