This week Funko announced it’s series 2 90s Nickelodeon Pop! vinyl figures.  The newest wave of figures will feature characters from Angry Beavers, Hey Arnold! and Rocko’s Modern Life. The new series will also feature limited chase variants of some of the characters, including a Halloween variant of Heffer from Rocko’s Modern Life.
In the variant, Rocko’s bovine bestie will carry a trick or treat bag in place of the regular figure’s bag of Pasture Puffies and he’ll have a green jack-o-lantern face on his chest.
The new series is set to be released in November, with the Halloween Heffer variant in a rarity of 1-in-6.
