HalloweenCostumes.com Debuts New Animatronics from ‘The Conjuring’ Franchise, ‘Child’s Play’ and more Ahead of TransWorld

Ahead of their debut at the TransWorld Halloween & Attractions show, HalloweenCostumes.com has debuted its first wave of animatronics for 2025. The lineup features 13 new animatronics and some returning favorites, including licensed characters from franchises like “The Conjuring” and “Child’s Play.” Check out the new releases below:

Licensed Releases

The Nun

Valak, the demon nun from “The Conjuring” universe, is getting an animatronic that stands 64 inches tall. The officially licensed nun animatronic features light-up yellow eyes and lunges and plays music from the film before belting out a scream. The Nun animatronic is available now for pre-order for the limited-time price of $195.49 and is expected to arrive in mid-June.

Annabelle

Also from “The Conjuring” universe comes Annabelle. This life-sized animatronic is inspired by the cursed doll from the film, plays eerie music, and turns her head back and forth. The new Annabelle animatronic is available for pre-order for the limited-time price of $127.49 and is expected to arrive in mid-June.

Chucky

For “Child’s Play” fans, HalloweenCostumes.com is releasing an oversized Chucky animatronic. Standing four and a half feet tall, Chucky holds a pair of scissors that he swings up and down. The animatronic also features a jaw that moves as voice clips play from the film, like “Shut up!” and other choice insults. The Chucky animatronic is available for pre-order for the limited-time price of $212.49 and is expected to arrive in mid-June.

Tony Tombstone

From Seasonal Visions, Tony Tombstone, the Graveyard Caretaker, stands seven and a half feet tall, features arms that move up and down, glowing green eyes, and a mouth that moves as he speaks four different phrases. The Tony Tombstone animatronic is available for purchase now for $349.99.

Hopps the Dismembered Zombie

Also, from Seasonal Visions, Hopps features light-up red eyes and a mouth that moves as he makes guttural zombie noises. The HalloweenCostumes.com release includes a new function where Hopps’ severed arm features dangling, flesh-like ribbons and spins. Hopps the Dismembered Zombie is available for purchase now for $299.99.

Salivation

Created in collaboration with YouTube animatronics influencer Brick Thunder, Salivation stands eight feet tall and features glowing red eyes and a new rattle feature that allows his enormous tongue to pulse and vibrate. It is available for pre-order now for a limited-time price of $212.49 and is expected to arrive in mid-September.

Dire Dragon’s Head

This “actor-matronic” can be puppeted by an actual person at your haunt or yard display. The whole setup is supported by a solid metal frame that fits neatly behind the included black fabric backdrop and curtain stand for a seamless display. You can make the dragon’s head move thanks to a lever system with hand grips.

The dragon’s head is molded from foam, richly painted, and features light-up eyes and roaring sound effects. As an added bonus, this animatronic is fag machine compatible so that you can create a fiery breath effect.

Frederick the Floating Phantom is a seven-foot-tall apparition created by Seasonal Visions. The animatronic features dramatic back-and-forth movement and holds a light-up lantern. Eerie moans and talk track add to this haunting new animatronic. Frederick the Floating Phantom is available for purchase now for $249.99.

12-Foot Lighted Zombie

Tired of 12-foot skeletons? Consider this 12-foot zombie. The 12-foot Lighted Zombie features a glowing skull, eerie flashing lights, and a centrally positioned speaker that blasts creepy voice lines. The 12-foot Lighted Zombie is available for pre-order now for a limited-time price of $339.99 and is expected to arrive in early September.

Galthax the Underworld Demon

Standing six and a half feet tall, this massive lawn ghoul features tattered wings, an eerie skeletal torso, and a demonic head with glowing yellow eyes. His head turns, and his mouth moves as he speaks four different phrases. His body sways from side to side, and his wings tilt to add to his life-like appearance. The Galthax, the Underworld Demon animatronic, is now available for purchase for $299.99.

Triple-Stacked Acrobatic Clowns

Another collaboration with Brick Thunder, this stack of clowns towers 12 feet tall. Each clown features LED flashing yellow eyes. The bottom clown has a mouth that moves as he talks, and the top clown teeters unsteadily as if finding his balance. The 3-Stacked Acrobatic Animatronic Clowns are available for pre-order now at the limited-time price of $339.99 and are expected to arrive in mid-August.

Ripsaw

Designed by Tekky Designs, Ripsaw is a six-and-a-half-foot animatronic that pivots at the hip to swing his saw left and right, and the saw blade moves! The animatronic says two different phrases, makes heavy breathing sounds, and features light-up eyes. Ripsaw is now available for pre-order for the limited-time price of $254.99 and is expected to arrive in mid-June.

Mary the Unhappily Ever After

Another animatronic designed in partnership with Tekky Designers, Mary the Unhappily Ever After, stands five and a half feet tall and comes to life whenever she detects any would-be suitors nearby. Once triggered, Mary speaks and lunges forward, her hands casting an eerie blue light on her frightful face. Mary the Unhappily Ever After is now available for pre-order at the limited-time price of $195.49 and is expected to arrive in early August.
