Just in time for Halloween, Hot Topic has unveiled a new officially licensed Universal Monsters apparel collection. The collection features pieces inspired by all of your favorite monster films, including Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula and The Creature from the Black Lagoon.
