Following the enormous demand for John Carpenter’s four-night Halloween residency in Los Angeles, the film and music icon has announced a one-night-only performance at the Knockdown Center in New York on October 10, 2025. Fans on the East Coast will be able to see his first musical performance in more than six years.
Carpenter will be joined by long-time collaborators Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies for the event. The performance will feature music from many of Carpenter’s 20 films and his five albums, offering a galvanizing musical tour of Carpenter’s astonishing musical catalog.
Pre-sale tickets will be available for pre-registered fans beginning at 10 AM Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 12. Ticket sales for the general public will be available the following day. Tickets can be purchased through Carpenter’s website.
“As soon as we announced my four-night L.A. residency, the response was incredible, and I wanted to offer my fans on the East Coast a chance to hear our music without having to fly across the country,” Carpenter said. “With a one-night show, we’ll get to really dig deep into our musical souls, which is something I can’t wait to share.”
The just-announced New York show and the L.A. residency at the Belasco Theatre mark the first time Carpenter has performed live since 2018.
