Jordan Peele Shares His Favorite Horror Movie Music Moments In New Spotify Takeover

Earlier this month Jordan Peele nerded out over horror and shared his favorite horror films and horror villains for WSJ, today the Get Out and Us director took over Spotify’s Film & TV Favorites playlist to share 25 of his favorite songs from horror films.

The playlist features music from films like Gremlins, Lost Boys, Dawn of the Dead, and Beetlejuice and features a number of commentary tracks from Peele explaining how the songs were used in the film and the impact those songs had.

Peele’s horror playlist is part of a collection of playlists sponsored by his upcoming film release Us. In addition to Peele’s horror film playlist, Us star Winston Duke has curated Spotify fan-favorite playlist titled “Black Boy Joy” featuring some of his favorite songs. There is also an Us playlist, which features the films entire soundtrack for streaming.
