Bloober Team’s sequel to its first-person psychological horror game “Layers of Fear” is headed to the Nintendo Switch later this month. The game developer announced the news via a new trailer showcasing the aquatic horror on the handheld console.
In “Layers of Fear 2,” players take on the role of a Hollywood actor who heeds the call of an enigmatic director to take on the lead role in a film shot aboard an ocean liner. But as we’ve learned with the “Layers of Fear” franchise, not is all as it seems, and it’s up to you to unravel the oceanic nightmare.
Currently available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation, “Layers of Fear 2” will debut on the Nintendo Switch on May 20th, 2021. The game is currently available for pre-order in the Nintendo shop at a discounted price of $26.99.
