Lemax Unveils 2021 Spooky Town Collection

Lemax this week unveiled its 2021 Spooky Town collection. This year, the Halloween village maker releases 40 new pieces for the collection, including three new Sights & Sounds pieces, six new lighted buildings, eight new table accessories, fifteen new figurines, and a new Spooky Town display platform.

Among the new Sights & Sounds pieces are the Evil Spirits Whiskey Distillery, winner of the 2019 “You Name It. We Create It.” Halloween design contest—an annual social media contest where Lemax fans submit their own ideas for the next Lemax creation. See it in action below:

Zombie Records

One of my favorite new pieces for 2021, Zombie Records, looks like a giant jukebox, but it’s actually the town record store. The piece features an inside scene and lights, as well as a resident DJ atop the building. Sadly, despite being a record store, it doesn’t actually play any music.

Skull Cave Quarry

The Skull Cave Quarry caught my eye for its fog effect. The spooky lighting and fog effect shrouds the bones of those who didn’t heed the quarry’s warning signs are the perfect addition to Spooky Town.

Web of Terror Ferris Wheel

Another one of this year’s new Sights & Sounds pieces, the Web of Terror Ferris Wheel, features a massive spider on a web shaped Ferris wheel.

The Bad Apple Shop

One of Spooky Town’s resident witches has set up a new shop for 2021, The Bad Apple Shop. Topped with three giant candy-coated apples, here you can purchase some of her nightly candy apple specials that are reportedly “to die for.”
