Loungefly debuted several new bags and accessories this week to help folks prepare for the Halloween season. The new lineup includes licenses like “Halloween,” “The Haunted Mansion,” “Killer Klowns from Outer Space,” and more. But one pair of bags, in particular, is sure to have folks feeling nostalgic—the Loungefly Halloween Happymeal Crossbody Bag.
Made to look like the iconic Halloween Happy Meals of the 80s, these full;y figural bags take on the shape of the classic McDonald’s Happy Meal treat bucket. For fans of Michael Myers and “Halloween,” Loungefly is releasing a Michael Myers glow-in-the-dark mini-backpack along with a matching zip-around wallet. Both items feature the iconic “Halloween” killer on the front, the Myers house on the back, and the movie tagline, “The Night He Came Home!” Both items are available for pre-order at the links below and are due to arrive in September.

“Killer Klowns from Outer Space” Mini-Backpack and Wristlet
For Fans of “Killer Klowns from Outer Space,” Loungefly is releasing a mini backpack and zip-around wristlet inspired by the cult classic horror film. Made to look like their circus tent ship, the mini backpack prominently features all of your favorite Killer Klowns, including Rudy, Shorty, Fatso, Slim, and Bibbo. The bag features glow-in-the-dark lights over the dome and a silicone zipper charm of the cotton candy gun to complete the look.

“Trick ‘r Treat” Mini-Backpack, Wallet, and Purse
Sam, the spirit of Halloween from the film “Trick ‘r Treat” is getting three new pieces from Loungefly for the 2023 Halloween season. The first is a mini backpack featuring Sam’s pumpkin head, which doubles as a front-zipped pocket. Inside you’ll find a smaller Sam who pops up holding his iconic jack-o’-lantern lollipop. The rest of the bag features an allover print of dripping red letters that spell “Trick or treat. Give me something good to eat.”
On the back, you’ll find a flaming pumpkin, and the orange and black color theme carries over as stripes on the shoulder straps. A silicone charm of a candy bar with a knife blade sticking out completes the look.
The wallet being released is made to match the motif of the mini backpack perfectly.
Sam is also getting a crossbody purse that bears the likeness of Sam’s face. A burlap texture, actual buttons for eyes, and embroidery bring Sam’s face to life, and when you flip open the front flap of the bag, you’ll find Sam’spumpkin face appearance underneath. Haunted Mansion Mini-Backpack, Wallet, and Crossbody Purse
Disney’s Haunted Mansion fans are getting two new bags this Halloween season. The first is a mini backpack. This all-new bag features a front figural pocket that recalls the octagonal shape of the wood-paneled portrait room from the iconic Disney attraction. To add to the realism, the portraits even “stretch.” The applique figures in the paintings slide up and down to reveal a sinister fate that awaits each one. An allover print of the wallpaper from the Haunted Mansion attraction covers this backpack—and the eyes glow in the dark.
Loungefly is releasing a matching zip-around wallet that features the stretching portraits on the front and, on the back, eerie green letters ask, “Is this haunted room actually stretching?” The letters look to glow from the images in the product listing, but the product description does not mention this feature.
Loungefly is also turning the iconic 13-hour grandfather clock from the theme park attraction into a crossbody purse. This fully figural accessory is shaped like the top of the clock in the iconic Disney attraction. The face of the clock, which begins with the 13th hour, glows in the dark. The spooky “hands” are also movable, and the eyes at the top glow. A demon visage reveals itself as fearsome teeth close around the clock’s face.
Gothic art on the strap recalls the colors and patterns of the wallpaper in the Haunted Mansion attraction. On the corners of each shoulder strap, two eyes peek out. A vegan leather charm of the ornate Haunted Mansion logo tops off the look of this accessory. All three items are available for pre-order at the links below and are due to arrive in September.

Annabelle Mini-Backpack and Wallet
This Halloween season, Annabelle comes home as a new cosplay mini backpack and bi-fold wallet. Both are inspired by the demonic doll from “The Conjuring” universe.
The mini backpack features an applique of Annabelle’s head on the front. The bag’s front pocket is made to look like Annabelle’s dress, complete with a ruffle applique over the front pocket and a 3D red faux satin rose. You’ll find a printed image of a baby carriage on the back.
You can match the backpack with the Annabelle Cosplay Bifold Wallet that is made to look like the window case Annabelle is stored in in “The Conjuring” universe films. The wallet features a clear PVC “window case” on the front, which displays an applique of Annabelle as if she were locked inside for safekeeping. Wood grain debossed details carry over onto the back of the wallet.

“Goosebumps” Slappy Mini-Backpack, Wallet, and Crossbody Purse
Fans of the R.L. Stine children’s book series, or more specifically, the living dummy character Slappy are in for a treat this Halloween season when Loungefly debuts three new pieces inspired by the iconic “Goosebumps” character.
This first item being released in a Slappy Cosplay glow-in-the-dark mini-backpack. The bag is made to look like Slappy, and you can even move his mouth open and closed. The front zipped pocket features actual buttons and a satin red bow to look like Slappy’s suit and bow tie. Turn out the lights, and Slappy’s eyes glow.
For fans of Slappy’s origins in the 1993 book “Night of the Living Dummy,” Loungefly is also releasing a crossbody bag inspired by the book’s cover. This accessory’s front “cover” features the artwork for R. L. Stine’s book, “Goosebumps: Night of the Living Dummy,” in vivid colors and applique detail. The front flap of the book opens to reveal the first page of the book, including the artwork, with slim “oozing” down the inside flap. Loungefly is also releasing a matching wallet.

“Child’s Play” Chucky Mini Backpack
Finally, Loungefly will be home to an exclusive Chucky Cosplay lenticular mini backpack. On the front of this accessory, Chucky transitions from Good Guy to bad guy thanks to a lenticular face. The front pocket is made to look like Chucky’s overalls and includes actual buttons and the words “Good Guys” embroidered just below. You’ll find Chucky doll accessories, such as a baseball hat, ball, and bat on one side. On the other pocket, you’ll find a hammer, knife, and scissors. The back of the bag says, “He wants you as a best friend.” A release date has not been announced for this Loungefly exclusive, but you can signup to be notified when it goes on sale at Loungefly.com. The bag will cost $90 when released.
