The worldwide premiere of Madmind Studios’ “Paranoid” is set to take place on Friday, December 15, and ahead of its launch, the studio has released a nearly five-minute trailer showing off the twisted, psychedelic horrors of the game.
“Paranoid” is a new first-person action-adventure game where you play as Patrick, a man who lost his entire family under mysterious circumstances. The trauma of his loss shattered his psyche and turned his apartment into a prison. But when he gets a call from what sounds like his missing sister, he must decide whether to remain in isolation or break his isolation and face the madness of the world around him.
“Paranoid” will launch initially for PC via Steam, Muve, GoG, HumbleStore, and Fanatical for $24.99, with an Epic Store release at a future date. A console edition of the game is slated to hit the market in 2024.
The premiere of “Paranoid” will be preceded by the studios’ annual horror showcase, Madnight, where they’ll debut new gameplay footage from “Paranoid,” as well as new reveals from their upcoming projects. Madnight 2024 will live stream on the Madmind Studio YouTube Channel on December 14 at 10:30 AM PST.
“Paranoid” is available to wishlist now on both Steam and GoG.
