Midsummer Scream and The Walt Disney Studios are treating fans to a behind-the-scenes look at Disney’s “Haunted Mansion,” with a special panel to be held on the final day of Midsummer Scream 2023.
The Boo Crew Podcast will host “Happy Haunts Materialize! Behind the Scenes of Disney’s Haunted Mansion” on July 30 and feature a panel with the film’s producer Jonathan Eirich, Costume Designer Jeffrey Kurland, and Editor Phillip Bartell.
The group of frightful filmmakers will discuss bringing “Haunted Mansion” to the big screen while sharing behind-the-scenes anecdotes and insight about the process of re-imagining one of the world’s most famous attractions into a brand-new motion picture experience!
Midsummer Scream returns to the Long Beach Convention Center from July 28 to 30. Single-day and weekend passes to Midsummer Scream, along with the VIP Gold Bat pass, are now on sale at MidsummerScream.org.
Disney’s “Haunted Mansion” arrives in theatres on July 28. Inspired by the classic theme park attraction, “Haunted Mansion” is directed by Justin Simien and features an all-star cast ensemble cast that includes LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon, and Dan Levy, with Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto.
The film tells the story of a woman and her son who enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters.
