NECA has announced a new 7″ scale ultimate action figure of Sam from the 2007 film Trick ‘r Treat.
The infamous trick-or-treater stands approximately 5″ tall and will come with a slew of accessories, including a light up jack o lantern, four different head sculpts, and an interchangeable hand.
