In 2021, NECA debuted its Universal Monsters x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line, which features mashups of two of the toymaker’s biggest licensed properties. Since then, NECA has released over half a dozen figures in the series, the latest of which was Raphael as the Wolf Man. Now, similar to what it did with its Universal Monsters Ultimate Figures, NECA is releasing black and white variants of the previously released figures.
The first two figures in the black and white series are coming exclusively to Walmart as a 2-pack that features Leonardo as The Hunchback and Raphael as the Wolf Man. These 7-inch scale action figures come in classic Universal Monsters black and white deco with special packaging. Leonardo’s shell opens to store the many included accessories: interchangeable Hunchback hands, interchangeable Wolf Man head and hands, brain in a jar, bone, skull, bear trap, two shovels, two sais, and two swords with attachable flame effects to form torches.
As of this writing, the figures were not available on Walmart.com, and NECA shared on social media that collectors should check store locations for availability.
