Netflix Debuts Trailer for New Horror Series ‘The Midnight Club’

Back in June, Netflix gave us our first taste of “The Midnight Club,” a new horror series helmed by Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy (“Midnight Mass,” “The Haunting of Hill House”). On Tuesday, Netflix released the official trailer for the series, which is set to premiere on the streaming service on October 7.

“The Midnight Club” is based on the 1994 novel of the same name and other works by Christopher Pike. At a hospice for terminally ill young adults, eight patients come together every night at midnight to tell each other stories – and make a pact that the next of them to die will give the group a sign from the beyond.

Fans of “Midnight Mass” will recognize a number of the cast members in “The Midnight Club,” including Samantha Sloyan, Zach Gilford, Annarah Cymone, Igby Rigney, and Matt Biedel. The series also stars Iman Benson (“BlackAF”), Adia, Ruth Codd, Aya Furukawa (“The Baby-Sitters Club”), William Chris Sumpter, Sauriyan Sapkota, Larsen Thompson, William B. Davis, Crystal Balint, Patricia Drake, and Heather Langenkamp.
