Earlier this summer, we learned that Mattel and Outright Games were teaming up for an all-new “Monster High” video game. On Thursday, the two debuted brand new, never-seen-before gameplay footage in a brand-new trailer.
Inspired by Monster High’s current line of Skulltimate Secrets fashion dolls and accessories, “Monster High: Skulltimate Secrets” is a single-player 3D platformer that lets players create their very own monster character and team up with the Boo Crew as they investigate the mystery behind the chaotic magic overtaking the school. Making the 3D platformer even more fun and fashionable, players will uncover clothing, hair, and accessory options along the way and earn Monster Points to unlock further customization items.
The new gameplay footage gives us a sneak peek at the game’s recreation of the Monster High campus and highlights recognizable campus landmarks, including the creepeteria, classrooms, scary, and auditorium.
“Monster High: Skulltimate Secre” s” will be available as digital and physical retail editions on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and on PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store on October 29, 2024—just in time for Halloween.
