Today many of you are probably still nursing a candy hangover from Easter, but there’s some early Halloween candy news making its rounds from M&M’s that fans of fall flavors need to hear. Â Last Wednesday, Instagram user CandyHunting posted a photo of a bag of White Pumpkin Pie M&M’s a new fall flavor expected to hit shelves in time for Halloween season. Â Later in the day Cosmopolitan confirmed the news with a spokesperson from the company and added that the official name is White Pumpkin Pie Candies Harvest Blend.
Past Fall/Halloween themed flavors have included Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pecan Pie, White Candy Corn, and White Boo-terscotch. For those who were itching for an early taste of the new flavor, candywarehouse.com was allegedly already selling the candies for $19 a bag, however, the site lists the item now as “Sold Out.”  And also shows a message that the product is coming soon and is expected to arrive on July 15, 2017.  So either a lot of people dropped $19 for their fall fix, or perhaps they began advertising these seasonal sweets a bit prematurely.  Either way, this new fall flavor is sure to be on my shopping list this fall, as I look for any opportunity to savor treats that remind me of my favorite time of year.
