Star Ace Toys is revisiting the Hammer horror classic “Scars of Dracula” with the release of its Count Dracula 2.0 Statue.
The all-new statue inspired by Christopher Lee’s portrayal of Dracula in the 1970 film is 1/4 scale and stands over 20-inches tall. The mixed media statue will include a fabric outfit, a poseable fabric cape, and a polyresin body. The statue comes posed on a castle floor base featuring the film’s logo on the side and holds a removable and wearable ring featuring a detailed Dracula crest.
The statue will be available in both Collector Edition and Deluxe versions. While both statues will feature identical physical appearances, the Deluxe Version features blood-red light-up eyes. The eyes look normal until illuminated, simulating the blood-lust Dracula feels as he stalks a victim. The Deluxe Version’s base also features lighting elements with supernatural light shining through the cracks between the stones on the castle floor.
The Count Dracula Statue is priced at $430, with the Deluxe Edition priced at $480. Both editions are expected to begin shipping between September and November this year. Pre-orders are currently available through Sideshow Collectibles.
