MG Collectibles and Toys unveiled two new series of collectible diorama statues, which will be released in 2023. The first series is inspired by the classic “Loony Tunes” cartoons, but more importantly, the second series is inspired by the classic “Scooby-Doo” cartoons.

There are six 1:6 scale polystone statues in the new limited edition series. The new series of sculptures features the entire Mystery Inc. gang and three of the most recognizable villains from the “Scooby-Doo” universe.

Scooby-Doo and Shaggy

The first statue in the series is inspired by the “Scooby-Doo Where Are You?” episode “Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf” and features Scooby-Doo in Shaggy’s arms standing next to the open grave of half man, half wolf, Silas Long. The hand-painted statue stands approximately 15 1/2-inches tall.

Fred and Daphne

The second statue in the series features Fred and Daphne tiptoeing through a graveyard. The diorama stands 15-inches tall, and both Fred and Daphne come with alternate hand sculpts. Fred can be displayed with or without a flashlight, and Daphne can be displayed with or without Scooby Snacks.

Velma

Rounding out the Mystery Inc. gang in the collection is Velma. The collectible statue stands 19-inches tall and features Velma in a graveyard. The collectible figure includes alternate hand sculpts that allow you to display Velma with or without her book and flashlight.

Captain Cutler

Starting off our cast of Scooby-Doo villains is Captain Cutler. Standing just over 14-inches tall, this one-of-a-kind collectible features Captain Cutler atop part of a wrecked ship. This collectible comes with an alternate head sculpt that displays him unmasked, revealing his true identity: the real Captain Cutler!

Tar Monster

The Tar Monster from “The Scooby-Doo Show” is the second villain in the series. The giant Tar Monster collectible stands 15-inches tall and features the Tar Monster in the lost city surrounded by treasure. The statue includes an alternate head sculpt that displays the monster unmasked, revealing his true identity: Mr. Stoner!

Spooky Space Kook

Rounding out the “Scooby-Doo” statues is the “Scooby-Doo Where Are You?” villain Spooky Space Kook. This roughly 13-inch tall collectible figure features the Spooky Space Kook surrounded by some of the items Henry Bascomb used to create the Spooky Space Kook illusion. The collectible statue also includes an alternate head sculpt, allowing collectors to reveal the Kook’s true identity of Bascomb.
