The newest chapter in New Line Cinema’s “Final Destination” franchise is slated to hit theaters on May 16, 2025. On Tuesday, Warner Bros. debuted the official trailer for the film, which takes audiences back to the very beginning of Death’s twisted sense of justice.
In “Final Destination Bloodlines,” plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.
The film stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana (“The Friendship Game”), Teo Briones (“Chucky”), Richard Harmon (“The 100”), Owen Patrick Joyner (“Julie and the Phantoms”), Anna Lore (“They/Them”), with Brec Bassinger (“Stargirl”), and a posthumous performance from horror icon Tony Todd (“Candyman”).
The film is directed by Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky from a screenplay by Guy Busick, based on a story by Jon Watts, Guy Busick, and Lori Evans Taylor.
“Final Destination Bloodlines” is produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich. The executive producers are David Siegel and Warren Zide.
