On Monday, Netflix announced the return of Geeked Week, its virtual event celebrating all things genre entertainment at Netflix. The event had its inaugural year in 2021 and gave us things like the first teaser for “Blood Red Sky,” the official trailer for last year’s horror hit “Fear Street,” and a whole lot more.
The 2022 event is again promising sneak peeks, trailers, cast panels, and more geeky goodness over the span of five days. And if the save the date image is any indicator of what we can expect, I have feeling we’re going to see a lot of “Stranger Things” and “Resident Evil.”
Netflix Geeked Week 2022 kicks off on June 6 and will debut new exclusive news, trailers, celebrity appearances, and more each day throguh June 10. While official platforms haven’t yet been announced, last year’s event streamed daily across all major social media platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, and TikTok.
