After being in development for nearly three and a half years, the third season of MTV’s “Scream” is finally going to air, but its found a home at VH1 instead of MTV.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the six-episode season of “Scream: Resurrection” will air as a special three night event beginning on Monday July 8 and ending on Wednesday, July 10. The series will air in two hour blocks beginning at 9 PM each night.
The third season will see the return of the original Ghostface mask seen in the Scream film franchise and features an all-new cast that includes Mary J. Blige, Tyga, CJ Wallace, Keke Palmer & Paris Jackson. Check out the trailer for the season below.
