In April, A24 gave us our first taste of its summer horror “Bodies Bodies Bodies.” On Tuesday, they dropped a second trailer for the film. The new trailer seems to shift focus a bit from the first and highlights the characters Sophie and Bee, played by Amandla Stenberg and Maria Bakalova.
From director Halina Reijn “Bodies Bodies Bodies” tells of a group of affluent 20-somethings who plan a hurricane party at a remote family mansion, but when a party game turns deadly, this film quickly becomes a fresh and funny look at backstabbing, fake friends, and one party gone very, very wrong.
Rounding out the film’s cast are Myha’la Herrold, Chase Sui Wonders, Rachel Sennott, Lee Pace, and Pete Davidson.
“Bodies Bodies Bodies” is coming to select theaters starting August 5, 2022, with a wide release slated for August 12.
