On Thursday, Nintendo announced four new titles joining its SEGA Genesis library as part of its Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership. Among the newly added titles is the 1988 SEGA Genesis title, “Ghouls ‘n Ghosts.”
This side-scrolling classic is the sequel to “Ghosts ‘n Goblins.” Set three years after the events of the first game, Sir Arthur is once again tasked with slaying scythe-wielding skeletons, sickle weasels, and evil princes that crawl from beneath the mud, all in an effort to defend the kingdom and restore the souls of its people.
“Ghouls ‘n Ghosts” is now available via the SEGA Genesis collection, which is included in the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership. Other games announced include “The Revenge of Shinobi,” “Landstalker,” and “Crusader of Centy.”
