Skybound, the company that took over development and release of the fourth and final season of Telltale’s “The Walking Dead” following the collapse of Telltale late last year has unveiled a collectors edition of the game’s final season for PS4, XBOX One, and Nintendo Switch.
The special collectors pack, which is expected to ship in early July, features a physical copy of the final season of “The Walking Dead The Telltale Series,” an exclusive AJ pin from Yesterdays, and a stylized AJ 4″ vinyl figure all packaged and shipped in a custom gift box.

Pre-orders for the game are open now and will be available until March 17, or until supplies last through the Skybound Shop.
The fate of the final season of Telltale’s “The Walking Dead” lay in limbo for a short period in 2018 after Telltale Games shutdown unexpectedly in September. Skybound, which is owned by “The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman stepped in in October of 2018 to take over the development of the final two episodes of the game with the aid of many of the original team members from Telltale. The third episode was released on January 15, 2019 and the fourth and final episode will launch on March 26, 2019. With many fans wondering if we would see an end to this series, its nice to see it get a proper physical release with some added extras as a proper sendoff.
