Today Starbucks announced their latest Frappuccino concoction, Witch’s Brew. Available starting today (Oct. 25) at participating Starbucks stores in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico the newest Halloween Frappuccino blended beverage will be available for a limited time while supplies last.
Made with a purple blend of “toad’s breath” and orange crème Frappuccino a swirl of green “bat warts” (made with chia seeds) and topped with vanilla whipped cream and dusting of green “lizard scale” powder the Witch’s Brew Frappuccino is the latest in the Halloween Frappuccino tradition that started with the Franken Frappuccino in 2014.
“We wanted to create a flavor that you might enjoy at a Halloween party,” said Jennica Robinson from Starbucks beverage development team. “It gets a little bit of juicy-ness from the orange flavor.”
In addition to the new Witch’s Brew Frappuccino, Starbucks will also carry a variety of spooky treats like the Mummy Cake Pop and Raccoon Sugar Cookie. They have also released a Starbucks Halloween Party Playlist on Spotify, which includes an eclectic mix of songs about ghosts, vampires, zombies and werewolves.
