Story Trailer Arrives for Upcoming VR Game ‘Alien: Rogue Incursion’

Virtual Reality studio Survias has released a story trailer for its upcoming “Alien” VR game, “Alien: Rogue Incursion.” First announced in April, the game will launch on December 19, 2024, for PlayStation VR2 and PCVR via Steam, with a Meta Quest 3 release slated for early 2025.

The new trailer gives us our first look at the storyline of the new single-player, action-horror VR game, which puts players in the shoes of fan-favorite character and rogue Colonial Marine Zula Hendricks, voiced by Emmy Award winner Andia Winslow. After receiving an SOS from her former squadmate Benjamin Carver, Hendricks and her sentient AI companion, Davis 01, embark on a dangerous mission that brings her to the uncharted planet Purdan. There, Zula must fight her way to the heart of the infested Gemini Exoplanet Solutions research facility, where she must survive deadly attacks from the most cunning Xenomorphs ever encountered.

“Alien: Rogue Incursion” is the first action-horror VR game set in the “Alien” universe and is being developed in collaboration with 20th Century Games. Pre-orders for Standard and Deluxe Editions are open now for PlayStation VR2, Steam, and Meta Quest 3. Fans who pre-order any edition of Alien: Rogue Incursion will receive an exclusive, pre-order-only gift – a cosmetic weapon and armor skin inspired by “Alien: Romulus” for free upon release. The Deluxe Edition comes with cosmetic Blue Camo weapon and armor skins, as well as “The Art of Alien: Rogue Incursion,” a digital in-game artbook.
