“Stranger Things 3: The Game,” which was released last year alongside the premiere of the “Stranger Things 3” on Netflix will be among the free PC games available from the Epic Games store this week.
“Stranger Things 3: The Game” is the official companion game to season three of “Stranger Things” and blends retro 16-bit graphics with modern gameplay mechanics in a beat ’em up, puzzle adventure.
The co-op action/adventure game lets you play alongside an AI partner, in the role of one of twelve characters from the show, each with unique abilities and attributes. While playing you’ll play through familiar events from the latest season of the Netflix series while also uncovering never-before-seen quests, character interactions, and secrets.
“Stranger Things 3: The Game” will be available for free starting on June 25, 2020 at 11 a.m. ET in the Epic Games Store. To download the game you’ll need to login to an existing or create an Epic Games account. The game will be available for free through July 2.
