As part of day three of Netflix’s Geeked Week, the weeklong virtual celebration of all things genre on Netflix, the streaming service announced that “Stranger Things” is coming to the popular card game “Magic: The Gathering.”
“Stranger Things” will be introduced to the game via “Secret Lair—Stranger Things.” The cards are known as “universes beyond” and will bring the characters and world of “Stranger Things” to life in the game with the Secret Lair drop later this year.
With the introduction of “Stranger Things” comes a lot of questions, especially from current players of Magic: The Gathering” so with the announcement came the below video from Good Morning Magic that highlights all of the important information you’ll need to know about the addition of the “Stranger Things” characters and universe to “Magic: The Gathering.”
During the Geeked Week livestream, hosts Rahul Kohli and Mari Takahashi also announced that “Stranger Things” would be coming to the video game Smite. However, further details on this crossover would not be unveiled until Friday’s livestream of “Geeked Week.”
