April 26 is Alien Day, the fan-made holiday that celebrates the “Alien” franchise. This year, Super7 decided to celebrate by releasing seven new ReAction figures inspired by the iconic Sci-Fi horror franchise. Six of the seven new figures are the dreaded Xenomorphs and are inspired by alien creatures’ various appearances in the “Alien” franchise.
From the original 1979 film “Alien,” Super7 has released the one that started it all, the classic Alien Xenomorph. This 3.75” ReAction figure of the Xenomorph features a removable clear skull cover.
For the sequel “Aliens,” Super7 has released three new Xenomorph Warrior ReAction figures. The first figure is inspired by the darker, more traditional-looking Xenomorph that we were introduced to during the first film.
The second figure released from “Aliens” is the new Warrior Xenomorph (Stealth) variant ReAction figure, which features copper coloring and a more skulking posture, designed to sneak up on its would-be prey.
The third new “Aliens” ReAction figure is the Xenomorph Warrior (Attack) variant. This 3.75” “Aliens” ReAction figure features a striking gold color and is ready to lunge in attack at the slightest provocation.
From “Alien 3,” Super7 has released the Xenomorph Runner. This 3.75” articulated ReAction figure of the Xenomorph Runner looks ready to spit acid or pounce and unleash a deadly attack with its bladed tail.
And finally, from “Alien: Resurrection,” Super7 has released the Xenomorph Newborn ReAction figure. This grotesque human-Xenomorph hybrid born of genetic cloning is one of the more unique additions to the “Alien” ReAction figure collection.
The six new Xenomorph ReAction figures are available for purchase now on Super7.com and are expected to ship in late May 2021.
In addition to the slew of new Xenomorphs being released, Super7 also released a new “Game over, man!” variant of Private Hudson from “Aliens.” The figure is inspired by the memorable scene in the “Alien” sequel when Hudson loses his cool after the crash of the evacuation dropship and exclaims, “Game over, man! Game over!” The special variant figure is available now on the Super7 website.
