After four years of building their horror label, genre distributor Terror Films is officially launching their merchandise store.
The indie label is kicking things off by offering a wide variety of goodies from backpacks to leggings featuring demons from their original productions: Trace (2015), The Chosen (2015), and Hell House LLC (2015).
Terror Films plans to make more items available in the future and will be adding new designs and images in the coming months as they continue to work with filmmakers on acquiring merchandise rights.
“Unlike a lot of indie distributors, we’re a big believer in allowing filmmakers to retain various rights such as Foreign, DVD and Merchandise in an effort to help them maximize as many revenue streams as possible,” said Terror Films’ President Joe Dain. “But since we have grown so much as a horror brand, we want to be able to present this option to our filmmakers and allow them the opportunity to access not only our brand awareness we’ve created over the years. But, we also want to increase our digital marketing ability, to reach the fans in a larger way. We also felt it was way overdue to start presenting merchandise to our incredibly loyal and amazing horror film fan base.”
