On Thursday, as part of the Disney Parks Blogs #HalfwaytoHalloween celebration, The Disneyland Resort shared early details about its plan for the 2022 Halloween season.
First, the resort confirmed that Oogie Boogie Bash, the separately ticketed, after-hours Halloween event, will return to Disney California Adventure for the 2022 Halloween season. Early details were limited, but the event will be held on select dates this fall, and more information about this year’s event is expected to be announced this summer.
The resort also shared a first look at the new Halloween outfits Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will wear for the 2022 Halloween season in Disneyland park.
“Mickey and Minnie are ready to go trick or treating! They, along with their pals, are currently busy sewing, crafting, and painting these charming, ‘homemade’ looks that they all will be wearing for Halloween.”
While this year’s #HalfwaytoHalloween news from The Disneyland Resort was just a tiny taste of what’s to come, they promise a full Halloween season announcement later this summer.
Speaking of tastes, if you’re craving the taste of fall treats. The Downtown Disney District is currently celebrating #HalfwaytoHalloween with some Halfway to Halloween eats and treats. Head over to the Disney Parks blog to find out what’s available and for how long.
