When IT was released in 2017, Warner Bros. treated L.A. fans by opening “The IT Experience: Neibolt House,” a 5,000-square-foot walkthrough attraction that featured rooms inspired by the film and a handful of jump scares to boot. With the release of IT: Chapter Two just a little over a month away, Warner Bros. has announced “The IT Experience Chapter Two: The Derry Canal Days Festival and Funhouse.”
Returning to the corner of Hollywood and Vine, where the first experience took place, L.A. area IT fans are invited to take part in this immersive 40-minute experience that features 10 terrifying interactive spaces that will give you a glimpse into the horrors of the upcoming film.
The experience will be open August 15 through September 8, 2019, from 2 PM – 11 PM and reservations are highly recommended. You’ll be able to start making reservations to visit the experience beginning on July 31, but for those unable to make a reservation there will be a standby line.
This is a free event, but all attendees must be at least 18 years of age to experience the attraction. The attraction website does say that 17-year-olds can attend, but must be “accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.”
