Creep It Real OC (going by the name Creep It Real Nostalgic as a tie-in to this year’s theme) has announced Chris Sarandon and Ken Page as the first two celebrity guests appearing at the event when it returns to the Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana, CA on September 14-15, 2024.
While many may recognize composer and former Oingo Boingo frontman Danny Elfman as the singing voice of Jack Skellington in Tim Burton’s stop-motion animated classic, “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” it was actor Chris Sarandon who offered the speaking voice of the fan-favorite character. Horror fans will also recognize Sarandon as the star of “Fright Night” and as detective Mike Norris from the original “Child’s Play.”
Joining Sarandon will be director, award-winning musical theatre performer, and actor Ken Page. Page voiced Jack Skellington’s nemesis Oogie Boogie opposite Sarandon in “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
Sarandon and Page will be on hand for a fan meet and greet on both event days.
This year’s Creep It Real OC is all about nostalgia. Turn back time at this 80’s-90’s themed nostalgic Halloween festival, featuring celebrity guests, shopping, a “nostalgia museum,” live musical performances, themed photo ops, roaming characters, food, themed spooky vehicles, and more.
Single-day tickets start at just $17, and weekend passes are also available. This year, Creep It Real is also offering a special Dual Festival Weekend Pass for the discounted rate of just $49, which gets you all-weekend access to both Creep It Real Nostalgic and CreepReal’sal’s winter holiday event Creep It Real Festive.
