Samuel Goldwyn Films has announced the digital release of the tightly wound thriller Extracurricular for later this month.
Directed by Ray Xue (Transcendent) and written by Matthew Abrams and Padgett Arango, Extracurricular is a unique horror film that tells the story of a group of high school friends who have a secret pastime: planning and executing murders.
They have rules. Never in their home town. Never anyone they know. No kids. No patterns. No witnesses. As Halloween approaches, they know they need to celebrate properly, but when things go shockingly awry, the groups’ relationship will be put to the test as they rush to cover up their crimes from their families and the community.
Starring Keenan Tracey (Polaroid), Brittany Raymond (“Dare Me”), Spencer Macpherson (Brotherhood), Brittany Teo and Luke Goss, Extracurricular will be available on most online digital platforms beginning on January 17.
