New York Toy Fair 2019 is in full swing and I’ve been sharing all the latest, greatest toys announced by some of my favorite toy makers. While Super7 hadn’t announced a lot ahead of this year’s event images have started surfacing of what they had on the show floor and there are plenty of spooky new toys and collectibles coming this year, especially for fans of the company’s ReAction figures.
New Universal Monsters SuperBuckets
Last October, Super7 released a special Halloween collection, which included two SuperBuckets. One of Frankenstein’s Monster and one of The Creature from the Black Lagoon. This year, Super7 has announced they will be expanding the collection to include the Wolf Man and the Mummy. The new Universal Monsters SuperBuckets will be available starting in July of this year
During day one of New York Toy Fair 2019, Super7 also revealed a Misfits Fiend SuperBucket, which will be available starting in September of this year.
Universal Monsters ReAction Figures (Wave 2)
Last Halloween Super7 released an all-new series of Universal Monsters ReAction figures. This summer, wave two of the figures will be released and they were on display at Toy Fair 2019. The Invisible Man, Dracula, Lon Chaney’s Phantom of the Opera, Bride of Frankenstein, Frankenstein’s Monster, and a new sculpt of The Creature from the Black Lagoon with chains around his wrists and ankles will all be available starting in July. Check out a photo of the figures below captured by ToyArk.com.
They Live ReAction Figures
During Toy Fair Super7 also revealed prototypes for their They Live 3.75-inch ReAction Figures. The series will include three figures, a male and female alien as well as John Nada. The new figures are expected to be released this September and the prototypes shared by Super7 on Instagram can be seen below.
Universal Monsters Keshi Surprise! Figures
Super7 also shared a new series of Keshi Surprise blind box figures. The figures on display during Toy Fair were prototypes with placeholder packaging so Super7 asked fans on Instagram not to “freak out.”
The figures on display included The Metaluna Mutant, The Invisible Man, Frankenstein’s Monster, Lon Chaney’s Phantom of the Opera and the Mummy. I’m not sure what Super7 thought people would “freak out” about, I actually like the packaging and the figures. I just hate blind bag toys…
Teen Wolf ReAction Figures
Available in May, Super7 also displayed a new pair of Teen Wolf ReAction figures featuring Scott Howard in his basketball gear as well as a more casual Howard in his varsity jacket and jeans…on yeah, and he’s in his werewolf form. Check out the image captured by ToyArk.com below.
Super7 had a ton more on display including new figures from Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Slayer, and more. If you want to see more from Super7 I highly recommend checking out ToyArk.com’s collection of images from the Super 7 booth as well as Super7’s Instagram account. Super7 will be revealing more details and final images of many of its 2019 releases in the coming months.
