Trick or Treat Studios Shows Off Its Upcoming Toy Releases at New York Toy Fair 2025

On Tuesday, New York Toy Fair 2025 comes to a close after a packed three days at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City featuring thousands of new and unique toys, games, and more from toymakers from around the globe. Among those with toys on display at this year’s event were Trick or Treat Studios, who showcased upcoming releases from its growing Scream Greats line, 1:6 scale figures, and more.

Scream Greats

Introduced in 2022, Scream Greats is an eight-inch figure line inspired by the late 90s and early 2000s action figures, which were expertly sculpted but featured limited articulation. During the event, Trick or Treat Studios showcased an extensive lineup of figures expected to arrive in 2026. Among the figures on display were prototypes of its series of “Hellraiser” figures and its “Leprechaun” and “Terrifier” figures.

Further along in the process were its “Maniac Cop” and “The Crow” figures, both of which were on display as completed products.

But Scream Greats collectors won’t have to wait until 2026 to get that next figure to add to their collection. Trick or Treat Studios also showcased two new figures from the series that are slated to arrive this summer: Michael Myers from Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” and The Creeper from “Jeepers Creepers.”

1:6 Scale Figures

Another prototype displayed at this year’s New York Toy Fair was the next release in Trick or Treat Studios’ “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” 1:6 Scale Figures. Also introduced in 2022, the license launched with figures of Leatherface based on his appearance in “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2,” “Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III,” and the 2003 remake of “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” On display at the event was the next figure in the series, Leatherface from the original “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” film.

Several other figures were displayed at the Trick or Treat Studios booth as prototypes, but it’s unclear from the display what line of figures they are part of. They could be part of the 3 3/4 inch line, which are inspired by classic 80s action figures, or could be from a different line altogether. Among the prototypes on display were characters from “Halloween,” “Hellraiser,” “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” “Trick ‘r Treat,” “The Gate,” “Killer Klowns from Outer Space,” and “Day of the Dead.”

In addition to prototypes, Trick or Treat Studios also showcased an entire collection of “Army of Darkness” figures that are slated for a 2026 release, with at least six figures in the collection (note Evil Ash appears in one of the images, but the figure has fallen over)
