[WATCH] Adam Sandler Becomes a Halloween Hero in First Trailer for Netflix’s ‘Hubie Halloween’

In 2020 there’s no shortage of heroes and it looks like this Halloween season we’re getting one more in Hubie Dubois. Today Netflix released the first trailer for the upcoming Adam Sandler comedy Hubie Halloween, which is set to debut on the streaming platform early next month.

In Hubie Halloween, Adam Sandler plays Hubie Dubois, an eccentric and devoted resident of Salem, Massachusetts who thanklessly spends every Halloween making sure the residents of his hometown celebrate safely and play by the rules. But this year, an escaped criminal and a mysterious new neighbor have Hubie on high alert. When people start disappearing, it’s up to Hubie to convince the police (Kevin James, Kenan Thompson) and townsfolk that the monsters are real, and only he can stop them.

Hubie Halloween is a hilarious family film about an unlikely hero with an all-star cast including Julie Bowen, Ray Liotta, Noah Schnapp, Steve Buscemi and Maya Rudolph. The film is set to premiere on Netflix on October 7, 2020.
