Netflix has announced that the upcoming fourth season of it’s anime series “Castlevania” will be the show’s last.
The series, which premiere in 2017, follows follows Trevor Belmont, the last surviving member of the disgraced Belmont clan, who is trying to save Eastern Europe from extinction at the hand of Vlad Dracula Tepes. In recent seasons, Belmont has amassed a group of misfits in his fight against Dracula and his sinister vampire war council.
The final season, which Netflix has released little details around, will premiere on May 13, 2021, with 10 final episodes.
Not all of this week’s “Castlevania” news is bad though. Deadline is reporting that another series may be in the works that is set in the same universe. Check out the season four teaser below:
