RLJE Films has released the official trailer for its upcoming film adaptation of the H.P. Lovecraft short story, “The Colour Out of Space.”
The film, which was a hit on this year’s festival circuit, marks the return of filmmaker Richard Stanley who directed the film and co-wrote the screenplay with Scarlett Aramis.
Starring Nicolas Cage, the film tells the story of a family whose dream life is quickly turned into a nightmare after a meteorite lands in their front yard and they find themselves battling a mutant extraterrestrial organism as it infects their minds and bodies.
Color Out of Space hits theaters on January 24, 2020.
